Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of the online order, unless otherwise specified. 

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier.

You have the option of picking up your order directly from our warehouse, once it has been confirmed and the pick-up time has been determined. The pick-up time must be respected, otherwise it will be rescheduled at Elden Bottle's discretion.
